This card, Octosari, would benefit a control or combo deck that aims to draw through their deck quickly to find key pieces or answers. While the Deathrattle effect of drawing 8 cards is powerful, the high cost of 8 mana makes it difficult to fit into most decks efficiently. Decks that can afford to play such a high-cost card and have ways to protect Octosari from immediate removal or silence effects may find value in including it, but there are generally better card draw options available that provide more immediate value or have lower mana costs, such as Ultimate Infestation for Druid or Sprint for Rogue.
