Jeeves is a valuable card for aggressive decks that aim to empty their hand quickly and maintain card advantage. Decks such as Aggro and Zoo Warlock, Tempo Mage, or Aggro Rogue could benefit from Jeeves' ability to refill their hand each turn. However, there are better cards like Cult Master or Gadgetzan Auctioneer that provide more consistent card draw options and better synergies. While Jeeves can be situationally useful, it may not see widespread play in competitive decks due to its limitations compared to other card draw options available in Hearthstone.
