This card, Carnival Barker, would be a great addition to a Paladin deck focused on summoning 1-Health minions, such as Silver Hand Recruits or other token-generating cards. It could work well in an aggressive token Paladin deck that aims to flood the board with small minions and buff them for increased pressure. However, there are better cards like Warhorse Trainer or Steward of Darkshire that provide similar effects with more immediate impact, so Carnival Barker might struggle to see play in competitive decks unless the meta shifts to favor its unique effect.
