This card would benefit a Hunter deck that focuses on utilizing Secrets to control the board and outmaneuver opponents. While Phase Stalker offers value by pulling Secrets from your deck, it may not be as efficient as other cards like Subject 9, which draws and plays Secrets from your deck directly. However, Phase Stalker could still see play in Secret Hunter decks looking to maximize their Secret synergy and maintain pressure on the board.
