This SI:7 Agent card would be beneficial in a tempo rogue deck that focuses on controlling the board and maintaining pressure on the opponent. While it provides a decent combo effect with 2 damage, there are better cards like EVIL Miscreant or Backstab that offer more versatility and value in a rogue deck. Overall, SI:7 Agent may not be a top-tier choice but can still see play in certain rogue decks that require early game removal and board presence.
