Un deck qui se concentre sur la perturbation des stratégies basées sur les artefacts des adversaires ou qui repose fortement sur ses propres artefacts bénéficierait d'inclure Vandalblast. Bien que Vandalblast soit une carte forte en soi, certains decks peuvent préférer d'autres options comme Shattering Spree ou By Force pour leur flexibilité ou leur efficacité dans le traitement de plusieurs artefacts à la fois. Cependant, Vandalblast peut toujours être une inclusion précieuse dans les decks à la recherche d'un sort de retrait d'artefact ciblé avec le potentiel d'un coup décisif lorsqu'il est surchargé, ce qui en fait une considération digne de jouer dans le bon métajeu.

To determine the total cost of a spell, start with the mana cost or alternative cost you’re paying (such as an overload cost), add any cost increases, then apply any cost reductions. The converted mana cost of the spell is determined by only its mana cost, no matter what the total cost to cast that spell was.
