This card, Floecaster, would be most beneficial in a Mage deck that focuses on freezing enemy minions to reduce its cost. It could be a strong addition to a Freeze Mage archetype, where freezing spells and effects are already prevalent. However, its effectiveness would depend on the meta and the frequency of Frozen effects in play. Other cards like Frostbolt and Frost Nova might be more versatile options, but Floecaster could still see play in a specific Freeze Mage build that aims to control the board through freezing tactics.
