This Murloc Raider card would best benefit a Murloc tribal deck in Hearthstone, as it synergizes well with other murloc cards that buff or benefit from having multiple murlocs on the board. However, in most cases, there are better murloc cards available such as Murloc Tidecaller or Bluegill Warrior, which offer more impactful effects for the same cost. Therefore, Murloc Raider may not see much play in competitive decks unless specifically aiming for a full murloc synergy strategy.
