The Vile Library card would be beneficial in a Warlock Zoo deck that focuses on swarming the board with low-cost minions, especially Imps, to take advantage of its repeat effect. However, for a more competitive option, the Fungalmancer card may be a better choice as it provides a similar buff to two minions for the same cost, making it more versatile and impactful in a wider range of situations.
