Waxmancy would be beneficial in a tempo or value-oriented Rogue deck that focuses on playing powerful Battlecry minions efficiently. While it offers potential value by reducing the cost of a discovered Battlecry minion, its effectiveness may be limited by the randomness of the Discover mechanic. Cards like Shadowstep or Zephrys the Great might provide more consistent value in a Rogue deck, making Waxmancy less likely to see play in competitive decks.
