About Rajh
Rajh, Minion, designed by Sergey Tsvelykh first released in september 2026 in the set Reign of the Black Empire.
Rajh looks best in a slower Paladin deck that can afford a five-mana setup turn and benefit from a recurring passive effect; aggressive decks would rather spend that mana developing the board. Its value depends heavily on which minion you Assemble and what passive it becomes, so it is less reliable than a direct payoff. In Wild, an Odd Paladin built around its Hero Power is generally better served by Baku the Mooneater, which upgrades that power from the start of the game, though Baku does not offer Rajh’s potential upside. I would treat Rajh as a build-around experiment rather than an automatic inclusion: it should see play only if the available Assembly outcomes are consistently strong enough to justify the tempo loss.
