This card would be beneficial in a Deathrattle-focused deck that aims to generate card advantage through sacrificing Undead minions. While Acolyte of Death can provide consistent card draw in such a deck, there may be better options like Loot Hoarder or Dead Ringer which offer immediate card draw without relying on another minion's death. However, Acolyte of Death could still see play in specific Undead synergy decks or as a tech choice against aggressive decks where card draw is crucial.
