Altruis the Outcast would be a valuable addition to an aggro or tempo Demon Hunter deck that focuses on playing multiple cards quickly to control the board and pressure the opponent. While Altruis can provide consistent board clear and damage, other cards like Skull of Gul'dan or Kayn Sunfury might offer more immediate impact or synergy with the deck's strategy.
