This card, Holy Ripple, would be beneficial in a control or midrange Priest deck that focuses on board control and sustaining the health of friendly characters. While Holy Ripple provides a small amount of damage and healing, there are more powerful AoE cards like Spirit Lash or Duskbreaker that offer greater impact for similar costs. However, Holy Ripple could still see play in specific metas or decks that require additional low-cost AoE and healing options.
