This card would benefit a Jade Golem Shaman deck, as it synergizes well with the Jade Golem mechanic by summoning two Jade Golems while dealing damage. However, in the current meta, there are more efficient cards that offer better value for their cost, such as Lightning Storm or Hagatha's Scheme for AoE damage. While Jade Lightning can be situational, it may not see as much play compared to other stronger options in competitive decks.
