Neptulon would benefit a Murloc Shaman deck by providing additional Murloc cards to strengthen the board presence and synergies. While the Overload cost of (3) may slow down the tempo, the Battlecry effect of adding 4 random Murlocs to your hand can be powerful for refilling resources. However, there are better cards like Scargil that directly impact Murloc synergies on the board, making Neptulon less optimal in some situations. Overall, Neptulon could see play in specific Murloc Shaman decks looking for additional resources, but may not be a staple card due to competition with more impactful Murloc synergy cards.
