Scargil would be a great addition to a Murloc Shaman deck, as it can significantly reduce the cost of your Murloc cards, allowing you to flood the board with powerful minions more quickly. Other cards like Murloc Warleader or Gentle Megasaur may provide more versatile and impactful effects in a wider range of decks.
