This card, Horn of Winter, would benefit control decks that rely on ramping up their mana quickly to play high-cost cards. However, there are better alternatives such as Wild Growth or Innervate which provide more immediate and impactful mana acceleration. Horn of Winter may not see much play in competitive decks due to its slower effect compared to other mana ramp cards available in the game.
