Een rood agressief kaartspel gericht op aanvallen met grondwezens zou er baat bij hebben Seismic Stomp in hun strategie op te nemen, omdat het ervoor zorgt dat de wezens van hun tegenstanders zonder te vliegen niet kunnen blokkeren, wat effectievere aanvallen mogelijk maakt. Hoewel er misschien betere opties zijn, zoals Pyroclasm voor boardcontrole of Lightning Bolt voor directe schade, kan Seismic Stomp situationeel nuttig zijn in een deck dat gericht is op snelle agressie en zou het spelen moeten worden gezien als een sideboard-optie tegen decks met zware grondblokkers.
