This card would benefit a control deck that focuses on stalling the game and gaining armor to survive longer. While Snowblind Harpy can be useful in a Frost spell-themed deck, there are better options available such as Shieldmaiden, which provides more consistent armor gain. However, if the deck is heavily focused on Frost spells, Snowblind Harpy could still see play as a situational tech choice for extra survivability.
