About Ultraxion
Ultraxion, Minion - draak, designed by Mooncolony first released in Feb, 2026 in the set CATACLYSM.
Ultraxion zou het beste passen in een Colossal-gericht midrange- of control-deck dat specifiek Deathwing wil bedriegen of sterk wil afprijzen, wat betekent dat het het meest thuis is in langzamere Dragon- of late-game combo-shells - met name Death Knight-, Warrior- of Warlock-builds die zich een setup-beurt van 6 mana kunnen veroorloven en op betrouwbare wijze zowel een Colossal minion als Deathwing als uitbetaling kunnen uitvoeren. De kaart is echter redelijk niche en waarschijnlijk te traag voor competitief spel, tenzij de Colossal synergie extreem sterk is, aangezien het riskant is om 6 mana uit te geven aan een voorwaardelijke opstelling die niet onmiddellijk invloed heeft op het bord; in de meeste meta's zouden meer proactieve 6-drops of directe mana-cheat-kaarten (zoals kostenreductie-effecten in Thaddius-stijl, From the Depths of klassespecifieke ramp-/kortingstools) sterker en consistenter zijn. Tenzij de Herald-monteur een aanzienlijk onmiddellijk tempo biedt of de Deathwin
