This card, Voltaic Burst, would benefit an aggressive Shaman deck looking to maintain board control and apply pressure early in the game. While it provides immediate board presence with the Rush Sparks, the Overload cost of (1) can hinder future turns. There are better cards like Totemic Might or Totemic Surge that offer more consistent value in Shaman decks, so Voltaic Burst may not see much play in competitive decks unless in a specific token or aggressive Shaman build.
