Over Wisp
AI: Wisp can be beneficial in a deck focused on early game aggression or combo potential, as it provides a cheap minion to help maintain board presence or trigger certain effects. However, in most cases, there are better cards available that offer more value or utility, such as Argent Squire or Fire Fly, making Wisp less likely to see play in competitive decks unless specifically needed for a particular synergy or strategy.
