This Cyclopian Horror card would be beneficial in a control or taunt-heavy deck that aims to stall the opponent's board presence. It could be particularly effective against decks that flood the board with multiple minions. However, there are better options available such as Tar Creeper or Sludge Belcher which provide more consistent value and are harder to remove.
