The Deathrattle effect of shuffling 3 random Prime Legendary minions into the deck provides strong late-game potential and can generate powerful minions for future turns. However, other cards like Tickatus or Y'Shaarj, the Defiler may offer more immediate impact or consistency, making Envoy Rustwix situational and not a guaranteed inclusion in every Warlock deck.
