A deck that focuses on hand size and board control, such as a Handlock or Control Warlock deck, would benefit from using Dark Skies. While Dark Skies can be effective in clearing multiple minions with a large hand size, there are potentially better board clears available for Warlock decks, such as Twisting Nether or Hellfire, which offer more consistent and reliable removal options. Dark Skies could see play as a situational card in specific deck archetypes, but may not be a staple choice in most Warlock decks.
