Hogger, Doom of Elwynn would be a great addition to a deck focused on board control and minion swarm strategies, such as Token Druid or Zoo Warlock. While Hogger can generate value over time with its Gnoll summons, there are better cards like Fungalmancer or Sea Giant that offer more immediate impact and synergy with these types of decks. However, Hogger could still see play in a slower, more value-oriented deck that aims to outlast the opponent and generate a constant stream of threats on the board.
