About Marble Chalice
Marble Chalice, Artifact, designed by Howard Lyon first released in May, 2020 in the set Shards of Alara.
A lifegain-focused deck, such as a White Weenie or a Soul Sisters deck, would benefit from including Marble Chalice as it provides a consistent way to gain life. However, there are likely better options available for lifegain strategies, such as Soul Warden or Serra Ascendant, which offer more impactful benefits for a similar cost. While Marble Chalice could see situational play in specific lifegain-focused decks, it may not be a top choice for competitive gameplay.

The only difference between a colored artifact and a colorless artifact is, obviously, its color. Unlike most artifacts, a colored artifact requires colored mana to cast. Also unlike most artifacts, a colored artifact has a color in all zones. It will interact with cards that care about color. Other than that, a colored artifact behaves just like any other artifact. It will interact as normal with any card that cares about artifacts, such as Shatter or Arcbound Ravager.
