About War Flare
War Flare, Instant, designed by Karl Kopinski first released in Jan, 2015 in the set Fate Reforged.
A Boros aggro deck would benefit from using War Flare as it can provide a powerful boost to all creatures on the board, enabling quick and decisive attacks. However, a similar card, like Trumpet Blast, might be more efficient in some cases as it provides the same bonus for only 1 mana. While War Flare may not be a staple card, it could see play as a situational finisher in aggressive decks looking to overwhelm opponents in a single turn.
