About Watcher Sliver
Watcher Sliver, Creature — sliver, designed by Liz Danforth first released in Oct, 2006 in the set Time Spiral and was printed exactly in 2 different ways. It see play in 1 formats: Alchemy.
The Watcher Sliver card would be beneficial in a Sliver tribal deck that focuses on buffing all Sliver creatures. However, there are better options like Muscle Sliver or Sinew Sliver that provide more impactful buffs. Watcher Sliver may not see much play in competitive decks due to its relatively low impact compared to other Sliver cards available.
Rules
03/19/21
Because damage remains marked on a creature until the damage is removed as the turn ends, nonlethal damage dealt to another Sliver may become lethal if Watcher Sliver leaves the battlefield during that turn.
07/01/13
Abilities that Slivers grant, as well as power/toughness boosts, are cumulative. However, for some abilities, like flying, having more than one instance of the ability doesn’t provide any additional benefit.
