Kabal Mastermind would fit an Imp Warlock or Zoo Warlock deck that plans to flood the board with Imps, since its Taunt provides some protection while every later Imp gains a meaningful +2/+2 boost; however, at five mana it is probably too slow and inconsistent, especially because it does nothing immediately for your existing Imps and can be weak if drawn late or before your Imp generators. Cards such as `Vile Library` provide a cheaper, more immediate board-wide buff, `Impending Catastrophe` offers card draw while supporting the Imp strategy, and stronger Warlock finishers such as `Sargeras, the Destroyer` generally provide more lasting value, so those are better inclusions in most competitive lists. Kabal Mastermind might see play in a slower, highly dedicated Imp deck if its stats are strong and the effect also buffs previously summoned Imps, but under the wording given, it would likely remain a fun theme card rather than a competitive staple.
