This card, Mortal Coil, would benefit a control Warlock deck that focuses on board control and card draw. While it can be useful for removing small minions and cycling through your deck, there are better options like Darkbomb or Soulfire for more efficient removal or card draw. Mortal Coil can still see play in certain situations, especially if you need a cheap spell for synergies or additional card draw in a slower-paced deck.
