About Planar Overlay

A control deck that aims to disrupt the opponent's mana base would benefit from using Planar Overlay, as it can set back their land development and potentially disrupt their game plan. However, there are better options available such as Armageddon or Cataclysm, which offer more impactful land destruction effects.
