This card, Wretched Queen, would be beneficial in a control Warlock deck that focuses on board presence and stalling the game. Its ability to summon two 4/6 Knights with Taunt upon death provides strong defensive capabilities. However, in the current meta, there are better options available such as Voidlord, which offers more resilience with its multiple Taunt minions and Deathrattle effect. While Wretched Queen could be situationally useful, it may not see consistent play due to the presence of stronger alternatives.
