This card, Storm Strike, would benefit aggressive red decks looking to gain a combat advantage and filter their draws. While it provides a temporary boost to a creature's power and grants first strike, the additional Scry 1 effect can help with card selection. However, in more competitive settings, there are likely better options available such as Lightning Bolt or Shock for direct removal or combat tricks like Titan's Strength for more impactful plays, so Storm Strike may not see widespread play in top-tier decks.
