This card would fit well in a deck focused on flooding the board with cheap minions, such as a token or swarm deck. However, the condition of having a full board of Mogu Cultists may be difficult to consistently meet. Overall, Mogu Cultist could see play in specific situations but may not be a top choice for competitive decks.
