Anubisath Sentinel would be a great addition to a midrange or control deck that focuses on board presence and buffing minions. While it provides a decent stat boost upon death, there are potentially better cards like Carnivorous Cube or Khartut Defender that offer more value or survivability. However, Anubisath Sentinel could still see play in decks that rely on minion buffs and synergies, especially in a meta where board control is crucial.
