This card, Kidnapper, could be beneficial in a tempo rogue deck that focuses on controlling the board by bouncing back key enemy minions. However, due to its high cost and situational nature, it may not be the most efficient choice compared to other rogue cards like Sap, which can achieve a similar effect for less mana. Kidnapper may not see much play in competitive decks unless the meta shifts to favor its unique ability.
