While this card provides a temporary immunity to the hero while attacking, there are better options like Deadly Poison or Tinker's Sharpsword Oil that offer more consistent and powerful effects for Rogue decks. Paralytic Poison may not see much play in competitive decks due to its limited impact compared to other available options.
