However, the card's effect of dealing 4 damage to both heroes may not always be advantageous, as it can potentially harm your own hero as well. In comparison, a card like Holy Nova, which deals 2 damage to all enemies and heals all friendly characters for 2, may be a better option for a Priest deck looking for board clear and sustain. Overall, Acupuncture may not see much play due to its potential to harm your hero and the availability of better alternatives like Holy Nova.
