Airbending Lesson would be beneficial in a control or tempo-focused white/blue deck in Magic: the Gathering, where the ability to temporarily exile a nonland permanent can disrupt the opponent's strategy. However, there are better cards with similar effects like Path to Exile which outright removes the target rather than allowing the opponent to recast it easily. Overall, while Airbending Lesson has potential in the right deck, there are more efficient options that may be preferable for competitive play.
