A control-oriented deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's plays while maintaining board presence would benefit from using Azamina, as it can help to weaken opposing monsters and protect itself from destruction. While Azamina has strong effects, its high summoning cost of 12 ygo-light makes it more challenging to fit into a competitive deck compared to other less restrictive and more versatile cards like Abyss Dweller which can shut down graveyard effects or Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess for negating opponent's monster effects, making Azamina less likely to see play in top-tier decks.
