Bloodtithe Harvester would be beneficial in a deck focused on sacrificing and generating artifacts, as well as controlling the board with -X/-X effects. However, there are likely better options for similar effects in competitive Magic: the Gathering decks, such as cards that offer more immediate impact or flexibility. Bloodtithe Harvester may not see play in highly optimized decks, but could be fun and flavorful in casual or thematic vampire decks.
