Carefree Cookie would fit well in a token-based Shaman deck that focuses on flooding the board with cheap minions and benefiting from their death triggers. While the card's effect can generate value over time, it may not be as efficient as other cards like Flametongue Totem or Bloodlust, which provide immediate board impact. However, in a slower, value-oriented Shaman deck, Carefree Cookie could find a niche as a value generator and could see play in certain situations where a constant stream of minions is needed.
