A deck that relies heavily on monster effects and doesn't heavily rely on Spell/Trap cards, such as a Beatdown or an Aggro deck, would benefit from using Cold Feet to prevent their opponents from setting up defensive spells or traps for a turn. However, there are better cards like Forbidden Chalice or Forbidden Lance that offer more versatility by not only negating a monster's effect but also providing protection for that monster. Despite its situational use, Cold Feet might see play in specific niche strategies that can take advantage of its effect.
