A deck that focuses on cheap minions and card draw like a Tempo Mage or a Combo Deck could benefit from using Divination, as it enables you to cycle through your deck quickly while generating card advantage. However, there are likely better card draw options available, such as Arcane Intellect or Azure Drake, which provide card advantage without the downside of sacrificing a minion. Divination may not see play in competitive decks due to its situational nature and the availability of stronger card draw options.
