Drown can be a valuable addition to a control Priest deck that focuses on disrupting the opponent's board and outlasting them. While it offers a unique way to remove an enemy minion by shuffling it into their deck, it may not be as efficient as other removal options like Shadow Word: Death or Shadow Word: Pain. However, in certain situations where manipulating the opponent's deck can be advantageous, Drown could find a niche use in the right deck archetype.
