This card, Evocation, would benefit a Mage deck that focuses on spell synergy and tempo plays, as it can provide a burst of random Mage spells that can be used to control the board or burn down the opponent. There are better cards like Mana Cyclone or Magic Trick that offer more controlled spell generation and value, making them more reliable options in most situations.
