Mage-Ring Network could be beneficial in a colorless mana ramp deck looking to generate additional colorless mana for big spells or artifacts. However, there are better options like Urza's Tower, Urza's Power Plant, and Urza's Mine for ramping in Tron decks. Mage-Ring Network may not see much play in competitive decks due to the availability of more efficient mana sources, but could have potential in casual or budget decks.
