Majordomo Executus can be beneficial in a control or combo deck that aims to leverage Ragnaros the Firelord's powerful Hero Power to control the board or finish off opponents. However, the card's high cost and the risk of losing your hero health upon transformation make it a risky play in most competitive decks. Other cards like N'Zoth, the Corruptor or Alexstrasza may offer more consistent value in a variety of situations, making them better choices for most decks.
